2011 Red Roan Mare, AQHA #5378000
A uniquely bred mare who is oh so pretty. Kitty was one of the group of horses attacked by mountain lions as yearlings. I doctored her all summer. Tienna was doing great riding her and really wanted to make her into a barrel mare. The mare wanted to learn and please, but we decided to stop her riding her. We were afraid the trauma from the cats would never totally leave her mentally and she might come unhinged and forget it was Tienna on top of her (and not a cat). We have retained her 2020 daughter for our barrel and breeding program. Kitty is 15.1 hands.
