We never planned to offer Hot Shot for sale, but he is not being used so it is a waste to have him sit. Hot Shot is the first horse to meet you in the pasture. He comes on the run and brings everyone else with him!!! Hot Shot has been Ross’s horse from the very beginning – 2 laid back guys. As such, he is not a highly trained horse. Hot Shot has been mostly ridden for branding and a day or two in the fall for round up. Current price for Hot Shot is $5800. He was used by a wrangler to lead trail rides in the Black Hills for about 6 weeks the summer of 2017. He’s never been ridden or used hard. He saddled up and rode off fine this month. He stands 15-1 hands.
