Speedy is one of our safe and dependable used for guest rides.

Owned by Alexis Canen. Speedy is my go-to mare for anything. Aside from being conformationally as perfect as they get, she is the hardest working, most honest, and loyal horse I have ever met. I swear this mare can talk, if not with her voice then with her eyes.

She’ll take 18+ mile days in the divide and still act ready to go when you are done for the day. She is 100% confident that she is the only horse I need and if I leave her home, she runs the fence and gets totally miffed.

I use her for everything from ranch work to ranch rodeos and rodeoing. I have run her in barrels for several years and have won one year-end saddle. We only knocked one barrel. In 2021 I started her in breakaway in 2021. My goal is to rope well enough to use her to her full potential!

Her feet wear so straight, they hardly need to be trimmed even for competing. She is a full sister to MRI Blue Blinx who is also in our program.

Speedy is a mare with speed and cow wrapped in a beautiful package. Just look at her gorgeous head! Speedy is 15.1 hands
