Corona was the first colt out of Can Man Fling I got to start and he has been as easy, fun, and willing as his daddy was to start! I have seriously been SO impressed with his disposition and abilities. Nothing bothers this guy- he takes everything in stride with such a level head. He has so much potential and talent I would not be disappointed in the least to keep him in my training program and in my string – however, we just don’t ride geldings and I have plenty of horses to keep ridden so he is listed for sale for those 2 reasons only. I’ll keep riding him until he sells and plan to start him on the barrels once he gets a little older. Price will increase with training.
I will never forget how fast and focused this colt acted as a baby. The summer he was born, I would watch him stop at the end of the alleyway, think for a little while, dial in on his target, and then take off at breakneck speed with his ears pinned back-so focused on his goal. He’s going to be a fun one to take down an alley to run some barrels!
He’s confident and an independent thinker – always ready to get the job done type of a horse. Super friendly and easy-going personality and loves his scratches! Hauls great.
He is bred to barrel race and rope and look good while doing it. I am extremely impressed with the slope and length of shoulder and hip on this guy. He’s a fun one!
