This is not something we ever thought we’d do, but due to not bringing in a foal for 2 years in a row, we are offering Summer for sale as a prospect. I’d sure like her to have a future somewhere. She is one of the few mares we have not ever started under saddle, but I doubt it would take much to make her into a great saddle mare. She may be able to get in-foal in the future with some vet assistance, but we don’t have the extra feed for anything not carrying a foal this winter. Her foals have literally been some of our most popular. She is reasonably priced and even lower if you don’t need her aqha papers. She is completely sound.
She looks like her sire. She’s out of the strongest mare line in our herd. Her foals are always ultra kind. What a great mare from our program! She’s a solid built, heavy boned mare who stands between 15 and 15.1 hands.
