We are currently seeking a colt trainer to live and work on our ranch training our young horses. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to develop skills and reputation while working with high-quality horses.
Ideal candidate would be someone who has ridden under a professional trainer and is looking to establish their own business by starting high-quality horses for a reputable breeder. A willingness to learn is appreciated. This position requires someone with colt starting experience. Do not apply if you haven’t started at least 12 colts. You must be comfortable and capable of starting colts 100% on your own. References and videos required.
